Please read this listing carefully to avoid common mistakes in handling your TV repair procedure and decrease the amount of risk and waste of time and money.

It is EXTREMELY important to verify that the board you need is indeed J4FL!

Sanyo DP50710 comes in a number of different chassis and some of them have boards that look like the one on this picture (while others are different), but the ones that look like this are not compatible with each other.

All they will have the same stamp on the PCB - PWB.MAIN.N7AL with a longer number above it, which may differ; that number is not relevant.

What is relevant is the label stamped at one side of the tuner board (the box with the cable coaxial input).
It MUST say J4FL or this is NOT the listing for you!

See the image of the tuner and the label so you can verify your original board is the same!

All board serviced by us come with a standard 90 days warranty of parts and labor. Customer is responsible for return shipping and Coppell TV Repair LLC is responsible for shipping back to customer.

Returned boards subject to repair, exchange or refund subject to availability and preference.

Warranty is voided for boards received physically broken or with traces of tampering or without the Coppell TV Repair LLC service tag.

Boards returned are tested just like boards being sent and boards received for service.

If a board was returned functional with request for refund a processing fee will be withheld in amount of forward shipping cost plus up to $20 in testing/restocking costs. This is to compensate us against people misdiagnosing the problem on their set and purchasing and returning boards that do not need to be replaced to begin with.

Upon installing and verifying its functionality you can send your old dud and receive the advertised credit subject to the below conditions.

The returned module must arrive back to us within 14 days of the arrival of our board to you, both per carrier records.

Your board must arrive in good physical condition and without traces of repairs or tampering in order to qualify for the full advertised credit.

Modules that do not meed those criterias will be subjected to partial refund or no refund at all (depending on their condition and trade-in value); in such cases customer will be contacted and given an option to either receive partial refund or pay for the return shipping of the board, in case they want it back.
