Coppell TV Repair LLC is offering a repair kit for a failure we have seen in power supply board 860-AZ0-JK461H shown on the picture and used in the following Insignia plasma TV models:

  • Insignia NS-LCD42HD
  • Polaroid TLX-04244B
  • Polaroid 4641-TLXB

The kit contains parts for two different issues we have seen on that board and not all components may need replacing.

The picture in the listing showing the board is for illustrative purposes only. You will be receiving a bag with components as in the main picture and NOT the board itself as shown in the second picture.



Dead TV, no standby voltage present on the +5VSB pin of connector CN3; main fuse F1 may or may not be burned open (if not burned open there is no need to replace it).


Main fuse F1, Diode D9 (attached to heat sink HS5), IC6 (back of board), U2 (attached to HS4).
All components are brand new.


Easy to medium. Requires essentially soldering skills and a simple soldering equipment and consumptives (not included); if you are not comfortable with soldering consider using our board repair services (search for board model at our site)or look for a replacement board.

    Just as important, every repair involves about equal portion of quality of parts and quality of worksmanship and as we have no control over the worksmanship quality unless we are the ones performing it we would be unwise to provide warranty of the products utilized by that worksmanship.

    As such, no warranty is offered on this product once the components in it are soldered on a board.
