If your M4212CBA TV does not power on or powers on and shuts off shortly after then this may be the service it needs. You can send the power supply board to us to have it diagnosed and repaired if necessary.


Coppell TV Repair offers you a REPAIR SERVICE for the power supply board shown on the picture and used in M4212CBA LCD TV.

REPAIR SERVICE means you need to send your board for us to evaluate, repair if necessary, test again and return back to you.

How does it work

You request and receive shipping instructions by following the button at the top of the page.

You package the board according to the instructions, apply a printout or other note with your name, phone and email and send the board to us. We do not provide shipping labels or packages. Customers are responsible and pay for delivering a board to us.

Upon receiving the board we first test it, including for physical condition as described below.

If board is functional or if it does not meet our criteria for servicing we get back to the customer to report the discovery and discuss further options. A minimal diagnostic fee is applied in case the customer wants the board back (see below for details).

If board does not work then we do not contact customer and proceed with attempt to repair it, which of course includes testing the board again until it is determined to be functional.

If successful we send a payment request to the customer for the amount shown in the listing.

Upon receiving payment we send the board back.


Processing time

Typical processing time for the repair is within two business days; if we have any probems that require more time (be it overload or technical problems) we will contact you with an update and request for more time.

We have a fairly high success ratio, but we still do not guarantee success; if we can't get the board to work, though, you will not need to pay.



All our repair services carry a standard 90 days warranty unless otherwise explicitly stated.

In a warranty call customer is responsible for shipping the board to us and we are reponsible for repairing , exchanging or refunding (subject to our discression and availability) and eventually shipping back to customer.

If the board does not meet our requirements (see below) and we still proceed with the repair after customer has been advised, then usually we do not offer additional warranty.

Minimal charge / diagnostic fee

If a board arrives and is determined to be functional we charge up to $25 for diagnostic fee.

Board requirements

We ask that the board arrives here in good physical condition and without traces of tampering. If someone (other than us, that is) has already attempted to service the board then please contact us with a description/pictures and do not directly place an order. We reserve the right to refuse service to boards that have signs of repair attempts.
